Recital 2014

After attending many, many softball games for her sister this spring, it was finally Aubrey's day to shine:  Recital!  Aubrey and her Acro class did a great job with their routine, "The Kids in America."  Super fun, super spunky, and full of giggles!  Way to go, Aubrey!

Kindergarten Graduation

She did it!  Aubrey graduated from Kindergarten (sniff, sniff!)  The lucky girl had Mom, Dad, Grandma, Mimi, and Papa in attendance for her big day.  The ceremony was adorable, and we will miss Mrs. Bonica terribly.  This class was very special for her, since she "graduated" this spring too.  She became a retiree!  Aubrey really has learned a TON from her, and we feel so lucky to have been a part of her classroom family.  Congratulations, Aubs!!!

End of season party

I can't believe it's really here, but softball season is wrapping up!  This weekend, we had the team party at Cook Park.  It was a super laid back and super fun way to celebrate. 

After lots of food and treats and running around, the coaches said a few words about each girl.  Funny, but the word they used to describe Camryn was "serious."  I guess looking back, she was pretty serious when she got up to bat, though I know her too well to let that define her.  :)

At the end, each lucky girl got to take home a "golden glove" trophy of her very own.  The girls autographed each others' softballs to place in the glove and remember each other by.  What a fun season, and a great group of girls!!!
