Outdoor school
Well, Camryn survived three days and two nights of wet, cold, muddy Outdoor School, and she LOVED every minute of it! She loved bunking with her friends, and hanging around the campfire, and said the food was awesome(!) She talked nonstop for about three hours when I picked her up, interrupted only by my insistence that she shower away the stink that happens when you wear the same outfit for three days. (*Disclaimer: I sent her with plenty of clothes and socks, along with a towel, washcloths, and soap. ALL were returned unused. Blech.)

Linfield Homecoming
Last weekend, we took the girls to Linfield's Homecoming. Brian and I hadn't been to campus in ten years, Camryn was an infant when she went last, and Aubrey had never been. It was so fun showing them around, and narrating our "former" life for them. We had lunch at The Sage, got new LC gear for everyone at the bookstore, showed the girls where Brian and I met, where we lived, and where he proposed. Brian even told Aubrey the story of the day the goalposts came down. There were just so many fun memories to share with them, and we enjoyed our stroll down memory lane. :)
