Softball!

This weekend, Camryn played in her first-ever softball tournament, and it was a blast! The girls worked well together, made great plays, and hits, it learned a lot.  Camryn even had her own cheering section, with both sets of grandparents, along with Uncle Dan, Aunt, Lacey, and the girls there to cheer her on!  Go Blue Icebreakers!

 

 

Mimi & Papa

After a long hiatus (read: tax season) from seeing Mimi and Papa this winter, we've been lucky enough to have them come and visit twice in the past month! 

In March, they came to celebrate all 3 girls' birthdays, and this weekend, they enjoyed a weekend of softball with us, complete with "backyard batting practice."  So happy to see Mimi and Papa!

Girl Scouts go bowling!

Because they (way) exceeded their cookie sale goal as a troop, our Brownies earned a bowling and pizza party, which they cashed in on this weekend!  Way to go, girls!

Opening Day 2014

Although rain threatened to ruin the morning, Camryn's team was 100% represented at Tigard Little League's Opening Day.  These eleven girls are all giggles and spunk, and are super excited for their season!

Family Dance 2014

This year, the Deer Creek Daddy/Daughter dance was changed to a "Family Dance," which meant we all went!!  The theme this year was 'Teen Beach Movie,' and folks were invited to dress up as either "surfers" or "bikers" from the movie.  (Camryn chose "biker," and Aubrey chose "surfer.")  The girls had a blast dancing, running, jumping, and playing, while Brian and I pretty much just tried to keep track of them...
